To busk in the CNY mood, we have decided to order a Yu Sheng for a Lo Hei session. We have also heard the Yu Sheng at Sakae Sushi was quite yummy too, so all the more we should try it. :-)Ah Peng informed us that Yu Sheng was a dish created by and in Singapore. Wow, we were proud that Singapore could actually come out with such an innovative and auspicious dish. It seemed like this dish had already started to be trendy overseas too.
Lo Hei should be rowdy, with lots of well-wishes and "action". We remained oblivious to any stares (disgusted or curious) and were the loudest table. Hey, what is CNY without the rowdiness? In the ancient era, even fire crackers were lit during the celebrations with lots of merriment.Let's hope the new year will bring in better luck for all of us!!!
