I have not been to Changi Airport since my last trip to Taiwan which was last year May.
Changes were abundant at Changi Airport especially Terminal 2. The renovated Terminal 2 was barely recognisable. The ceiling was lined with waves of lights which brightened up the place instantly. There were numerous eateries sprouting up, such as Sakae Sushi, Crystal Jade, Soup Restaurant, Swenson's, etc.
I have not been to the viewing galleries for a longer period of time. Now, it seemed to be a very popular place among the families. Many children were running freely and happily about while their parents watched the airplanes taking off and landing.
No matter how far we have gone to or how exciting was the vacation, we are always happy when the plane touches down in Singapore. No place is better than home and nothing beats coming back home.
