New Favourite Cheesecake

After my thumbs up for the Secret Recipe's Raspberry Cheesecake, I have found another new favourite. It is the Tofu cheesecake from Sun with Moon Dining. It is a small piece serve delicately with a mint leave on top and covered under a miniature cage. The colour is almost white. Its texture is silky and light. For those who are not well taken to the traditional cheesy and salty smell, this will be one of my supreme choices with only a hint of cheese. Certainly, for those who are big on cheese, this Tofu Cheesecake may be too mild for your liking.
