Making Full Use of the New Phone

The new phone comes with a 3.2 Megapixel Camera, so all the more we must fully utilize it for work. If you are thinking that we are using it to take photos of each other, you cannot be more wrong.

Yes, we are using it to take photos but not of each other. Rather, we are using it to take photos of our discussion of white board. Instead of painstakingly transcribing the notes to paper or printing out from the white board which sometimes can be unclear depending on the strength of the handwriting, we can now simply take pictures of the white board. Ta-dah, with this, we simply just download the image onto our PC and with our 17” monitor, everything can be seen clearly.

This saves the energy of discussion halting to allow for taking down of notes and minimize transcription errors especially pertaining to diagrams when in a rush, we may leave out certain critical items. The new phone certainly aids our efficiency.
