Yup, it is good to tempt all the staffs when they can see for themselves what sort of gifts we have. This increased their satisfaction of getting the gift. =p
its a double-edge sword.... works both ways....

Hopefully, it works in the way we have wanted it to be. I guess we cannot please everyone. There will be some people who are not interested in the gifts at all.
